Avoid this business at all costs! We returned in 2 hours to pick up the phone. It had not been repaired because it was an iPhone 7. They did not have parts for it. There was also a problem in that they would not honor the full value of the voucher. After we left the store we realized that the phone would not work. The home button was broken. The phone had been fully functional when we dropped it off. The technician and the owner both denied damaging the phone.
They told us to bring it back the next week. Screen repair includes home button repair and that might fix the problem. The store owner was very rude and would not accept any responsibility. Rather than leave with a broken phone and no recourse , we called for police assistance. If it is an emergecy and you cannot call they understand. If a new patient you do have to wait a while to get in but that is understandable to They have been wonderful to me I had a kidney stone and was in pain.
It took 4-weeks to get an appointment. The doctor made an off-handed comment about we normally get people in faster. By the time I finally had the appointment I wasn't in pain any more.
They told me I needed surgery and that I wouldn't pass the stone on my own. Two weeks later I passed the stone naturally with no problems. The doctor seemed over eager for surgery and used scare tactics trying to get me to do it. I just wouldn't trust them. They will not discuss it. They must have enough patients. There was no billing issues, just a missed apointment. They seem very unwilling to work with patients to reschedule.
